How to Make Baba Ganoush


Chef Mike of Temecula Catering demonstrates how to make the popular Arab dish Baba Ganoush. It is a disk of eggplant (aubergine) mashed and mixed with various seasonings. Chef Mike will show you how to make this tasty dip. He recommends serving it with two other popular mediteranean dips -- Artichoke Heart Dip and Hummus -- as a trio of flavors.
