How many bottles will I receive?
We have three club options, the Bronze club members receive 2 bottles, the Gold club members 4 bottles and the premium club 6 bottles per shipment.
How many and what months will I receive my club shipments?
Wine club shipments are sent out mid-month in March, June, September & December. Depending on extended summer heat, the September shipments may be delayed until the end of the month.
Will I be notified that my shipment is ready?
Yes, we will notify all customers via e-mail when their shipment is ready for pick up or is shipping approximately two weeks prior to the shipment.
Does someone need to be home to receive the shipment?
Yes! Law requires that only someone 21 years or older can sign for the package. We recommend that if you can, have your shipment sent to your place of work or to a neighbor that you know will be home.
Can I pick up my wine at the winery?
Yes, If you live close to the winery you can select for your club shipment to be placed on will call. If you are a ship to member and are going to be visiting our tasting room during a shipment, just call or email the wine club manager to request a pick-up the month prior to the shipment, and we will adjust your account for a visit.
Can I have a friend or family member pick up for me?
Yes, Just call or email the wine club manager to request a pick-up the month prior to the shipment.
Can I switch wines if don't like a wine in a shippment?
Yes, just call or email the wine club manager of the change that you would like to make the month prior to the shipment and we will adjust your account.
How do you ship?
All of our shipments are sent through UPS or GSO via ground services, insured and with adult signature required. An adult must be present to receive the shipment. UPS & GSO cannot leave a wine club package without an adult present. Both UPS & GSO will make three attemts to deliver your shipment.
When do I get billed for the shipment?
We will debit your credit card approximately the first day of the month. Shipments will be released the first week of that month.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your wine club membership once you have fulfilled your two shipment requirement. Simply email, mail or fax us your cancellation 10 days prior to the next shipment.
How do I update my account information?
Written notification is required for all name, address and credit card changes either by filling out an update form in the tasting room, regular mail , e-mail or with our online form.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
Yes, just contact our wine club manager for the details of a gift membership.
