Shipping Policy
GENERAL POLICY
All orders are shipped and delivered on regular business days, Monday‐Friday. Most orders received after 2:00 p.m.
are processed the next business day. All orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days,
with the occasional exceptions due to weather conditions.
Shipping rates are based directly in UPS & Golden State Overnight rate schedules.
Arrival can depend on distance from our winery. We do not offer International sales or shipping. We
cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the
wine. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 or older). UPS & GSO will not leave
such packages on door steps, even if the recipient has requested this. UPS & GSO will attempt to deliver packages
containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Oak Mountain Winery. Please note, Oak Mountain Winery is not
responsible for additional shipping charges should this happen.
These laws do not affect shipping of non‐wine products. We are happy to ship non‐wine orders anywhere in the U.S.
We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.
WINE ORDERING LIMITS
Certain state laws regulate the number of cases of wine that can be shipped to a single person. If your order is
affected by this type of law, we will contact you.
WEATHER ADVISORY
During unusually hot or cold weather, we tend to not ship wine, or we ship only if your order will arrive by Friday. We
do this to preserve the quality of our wines and ensure they arrive to you in premium condition.
AGE DISCLAIMER
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent
to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.
When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or
she is at least 21 years old. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
States we ship wine to: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, DC, WV, WI, & WY.
