Wine Tasting 101 Classes

Develop your skills as a wine taster and become fully confident about buying, storing and serving wine and matching wine with food.

Champagne wine class 3 sparkling wines paired with artisanal cheeses. Learn fun facts you always wanted to know about sparkling wines and champagne. 15% discount on wine purchases and following the class wine tasting at 50% off.

Blending Class

You will be supplied with three wines (cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc); notes on the typical qualities of each varietal; three empty glasses (for your three attempts to find an ideal blend); a measuring flask and pipette; water and crackers to cleanse your palate; pen and paper; and a "cheat sheet" revealing the percentages of the varietals used by Oak Mountain winery.

As if the pleasure of the blending process isn't enough, you will have the option to pick your favorite formula and our staff will blend a full bottle of your wine for an additional $29.00. We will then pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you'll take home wonderful memories - as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine! You're the winemaker in this hands-on workshop!
