Chardonnay:
You'll
rarely encounter a Chardonnay with such
bright varietal character and elegance.
It's silky with a soft core and tart
edges, and offers lemon zest, pippin
apple which also follows the bartlett
pear and vanilla nose and vibrant acidity.
Unoaked rendition "invites casual
enjoyment", but I'd say it invites
the opportunity to experience the unmasked
fruit of Chardonnay grapes. This Chardonnay
is dry, and goes best with poultry or
saefood like lobster or scallops. It
can even go well with a light red meat
dish.

of tropical and gooseberry flavours with
an abundant bouquet, it is a wine that
is always crisp, elegant and refreshing.
Sauvignon Blanc is a very food-friendly
wine and terrific for appetizers such
as artichoke dip, veggie dishes or dips,
garlic or Italian seasonings in creamy
sauces, fragrant salads - like Greek,
Caesar or Garden, Thai food, fish (sushi),
poultry and the list goes on.

Blush
Wines |
|
2005 Rose` of Zinfandel In
essence, to make a Zinfandel Rose' the
winemaker peels the red skins of the red
Zinfandel grapes. Without those skins,
the resulting wine is light in color,
sweet in flavor and without the harsh/rich
flavors found in red wines. This is how
blush wines are made. Soft, round, juicy
strawberry flavors form structure and
a full, rich texture. Served chilled as
an aperitif, or as an excellent accompaniment
to a picnic and barbecue fare, seafood,
poultry, ham and spicy ethnic cuisines.
